Generally a 3 day pay or quit notice means pay in full what you owe in 3 days and if you do not an eviction is generally filed. The eviction moratorium means the eviction is delayed but it shall most likely still happen. But you should be talking to the landlord not asking on social media and if the landlord is nice again and gives you another payment schedule then make those payments.
