Thats the beginning of the eviction process. Find out the remedies available to you. I suspect the temporary halt of residential evictions by the CDC will not still be in effect by the time of your court date (after December 31). I expect the timing of you getting the 3 day notice is taking the expiration of the federal order in account. I doubt that the state government has any protection for Covid pandemic eviction but I dont know. Look for local protection. Check with social services they may be able to help. Good luck
