Can I really be evicted in Florida with a 3-day notice for reasons?
Im not sure about the exact law in Florida but in just about any state you can be evicted for a violation of the lease agreement. Non payment is one way to violate the lease agreement but there are other ways to breach a lease contract and be subject to violation.
